A Bit About Me
Catherine Chimley is a junior consultant at Learning Avenue, contributing to projects in the
firelds of education, higher education, research and innovation, youth, skills development,
quality assurance, and international cooperation. She supports evaluation, advisory, and
technical assistance assignments through documentary research, qualitative data collection and
analysis, stakeholder interviews, proposal development, and report co-draftiing.
Catherine holds a Master’s degree in International Affeairs from Sciences Po Paris, specializing
in International Governance & Diplomacy and Project Management. She also graduated Magna
Cum Laude from Davidson College (United States) with degrees in Political Science and French
& Francophone Studies. Fluent in English and French, she has a particular interest in
international education policy, governance, monitoring and evaluation, higher education
reform, and international cooperation.
