Strengthening education systems from early childhood to primary and secondary schooling. We support governments and international partners in their efforts to enhance system quality and student learning outcomes, with diverse project experience from teacher training programs and curriculum reforms to inclusive education policies.

 

Learning Avenue supports governments, international organizations, higher education institutions, donors, and civil society actors in the design, evaluation, reform, and strengthening of education systems across all levels of learning - from early childhood and school education to vocational training, higher education, teacher professional development, and lifelong learning. Our work combines strategic policy expertise with operational field experience, particularly in contexts of institutional transformation, international cooperation, quality assurance reform, employability, inclusion, digital transition, and capacity building.

 

We conduct external evaluations of large-scale and international education programmes, provide technical assistance for the modernization of education governance and quality systems, support curriculum and teacher training reforms, and facilitate the development of partnerships between education institutions, labour market actors, and international stakeholders. Learning Avenue has extensive experience working in transitional and rapidly evolving contexts across Africa, the Middle East, Asia, Europe, and the Caribbean.
