
A Bit About Me
Emma Furlan is a junior consultant at Learning Avenue. She has been involved in a range of
projects across Europe, Africa, and the MENA region, supporting international organisations
and public institutions in evaluating programmes related to education systems, student
mobility, and capacity building. Her work includes conducting data collection and analysis
through interviews, focus groups, surveys, and document reviews, as well as draftiing
evaluation reports and recommendations.
Emma holds a Master’s degree in International Security from the University of St Andrews,
with a focus on the MENA region and Central Asia. Her academic background in international
relations and security studies grounds her work in an analytical understanding of geopolitical
perspectives. She works in French, English, and Italian, and has knowledge of Spanish and
Arabic.
