A Bit About Me
Pierre Thiionville-Salgado is a Research Assistant at Learning Avenue, contributing to
assignments in the firelds of education, international cooperation, human rights, and ethical use
of innovative technologies. His work includes report draftiing, documentary research, data
collection and analysis, stakeholder consultations, and proposal development. Pierre holds a
Master’s degree in International Governance and Diplomacy from Sciences Po Paris, with a
concentration in Human Rights. He also completed an academic exchange at the University of
Auckland, where he studied education policy, gender studies, and international relations. A
graduate of Sciences Po Paris with highest honours, he is fluuent in French, English, and
Spanish, with additional knowledge of Portuguese and Italian. His interests include education
policy, human rights, international development, monitoring and evaluation, and multilateral
cooperation.
