Evaluation of the International Centre for the Promotion of Human Rights at the Local and Regional Levels, Graz – UNESCO Category 2 Centre

The Centre provides specialised support for the promotion, implementation, and ownership of human rights at local and regional levels. Its missions include strengthening the capacities of public actors and local organisations, developing training programmes and educational tools, supporting the integration of human rights into local policies, and carrying out applied research, awareness-raising, and international cooperation activities to disseminate good practices.

Learning Avenue's Role

Evaluated the Graz Human Rights Centre, reviewing its relevance, effectiveness, governance, partnerships, and international contribution as a UNESCO Category II Centre, and providing recommendations for its strategic development
