Study on Global University Networks and Review of Higher Education Funding Agencies in the Framework of Tertiary Education Coordination
The study aimed to analyse global university networks and review higher education funding agencies to inform tertiary education coordination. It conducted comparative analysis of governance models, funding arrangements, and coordination mechanisms, and it examined how funding agencies supported strategic development of higher education systems. The work produced analytical evidence and policy insights to guide reforms in tertiary education governance and financing.
