Capacity Building and Strategic Support for INQAAHE Members (QA Agencies and HEIs)
Within INQAAHE, the mission aimed to strengthen the capacities of quality assurance agencies and higher education institutions across the globe. It implemented a capacity-building programme on the design and quality assessment of micro-credentials for higher education, delivered online to academics through workshops and facilitated sessions. It also organised training and reviews of external QA agencies (such as in Oman and Saudi Arabia) and co-designed and delivered a master’s programme in higher education management and quality assurance with the Open University of Catalonia.
Learning Avenue's Role
Fabrice Hénard served as CEO and QA expert who was in charge of capacity-building services and research oversight for the 320-member network, led the micro-credential capacity-building programme, contributed to training and reviews of QA agencies, and co-designed and delivered the master’s programme in higher education management and QA.
