Strategic Design for the Professional Training Expertise Platform (PEFOP) and TVET Function at IIEP-UNESCO Dakar

The assignment aimed to support IIEP-UNESCO Dakar in structuring a permanent TVET function anchored within the Institute and aligned with its Medium-Term Strategy and global/regional agendas (UN 2030 Agenda, AU Agenda 2063). Activities include conducting the final evaluation of the PEFOP component, analysing the TVET function’s positioning vis-à-vis African TVET platforms and networks, and defining strategic orientations to better respond to country and partner needs in evolving national and sub-regional contexts.
